Packages & Pricing

Choose the Support That's Right for Your Family

Every package places a Newborn Care Specialist in your home for 12-hour shifts, day or overnight. The difference between packages is not the quality of care. It is how much time you have with her, and how much of those first days you get back. All packages are all-inclusive. One total. No separate NCS payment, no coordination fees, no surprise charges. A deposit confirms your placement.

Why This Is Worth It.

Parents First Days is not an overnight babysitter with a certification. Every specialist on our network has completed rigorous newborn-focused training, holds CPR and First Aid certification, has passed a full background check, and has been personally vetted before she ever enters a family's home.

She arrives knowing your situation. She works with intention on every shift. She teaches while she cares. And when she leaves, you are more rested, more confident, and better equipped than you were before she got there.

The families who invest in this level of support are not paying for help. They are paying for the foundation those first days build. For the sleep they actually get. For the confidence that stays with them long after the package ends.

Packages may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity. Ask us how.

3 Days

Classic

Expert guidance for families who have some support in place.

$2,100 – $2,300

The feeling: Having someone who truly knows what she is doing in your home for those first three days changes everything. You stop second-guessing. You start sleeping.

This is right for you if:

✓  You have family nearby but want a trained expert in the room

✓  You are a second-time parent navigating two children at once

✓  You want professional support for a specific concern like feeding or sleep

✓  You want to start with three days and see how the transition unfolds

What it feels like when she arrives: She settles in quickly and your home settles with her. Three days goes faster than you expect, but the rhythm she establishes carries forward.

5 Days

Essential

Recovery, feeding establishment, and real sleep. The choice most families make.

  Most families choose this one.

$3,500 – $3,800

The feeling: Five days is long enough to actually rest, to find a rhythm, and to stop feeling like you are just surviving. This is where the foundation gets built.

This is right for you if:

✓  You are recovering from a C-section or a difficult delivery

✓  You need several consecutive nights of real, restorative sleep

✓  You are a first-time parent and you want to learn everything correctly from the beginning

✓  Your partner is returning to work and you need those first days to feel settled

What it feels like when she arrives: By day two you are sleeping differently. By day five you are not the same parent you were at discharge. You know your baby. You trust yourself. She made sure of it.

7 Days

Signature

Full first-week transition with comprehensive support.

$4,900 – $5,300

The feeling: A full week with the same specialist means your baby is known, your household has a real rhythm, and you are no longer guessing. You are parenting with confidence.

This is right for you if:

✓  You want routines established from day one and maintained through the full first week

✓  You are managing multiple challenges at once and need consistent expert presence

✓  Your partner goes back to work during this window and you need steady daily support

✓  You have limited family support nearby and this specialist is your village for the week

What it feels like when she arrives: By the end of the week something has shifted in your home. The baby is more settled. You are more settled. You survive the first!

14 Days

Premier

Extended support through the most intensive adjustment period.

$9,800 – $10,500

The feeling: Two weeks changes the trajectory. Families who choose Premier do not just feel supported they feel transformed by the time care ends

This is right for you if:

✓  You want expert presence through the full two-week mark, not just the first few days

✓  You are managing multiples, a complex delivery, or significant health concerns

✓  You are balancing other children and need consistent daily support to hold it all together

✓  You want the strongest possible foundation before navigating the rest of the fourth trimester alone

What it feels like when she arrives: Two weeks with the same specialist means she knows your baby deeply. She knows your rhythms. She has seen you at your most exhausted and guided you through it. When she leaves, you are ready in a way a shorter package simply cannot replicate.

Our 24/7 Continuous Presence: How it works

Our 24/7 packages are built around presence, not labor.

Your specialist is not working a 24-hour shift. No one should, and no one does. What she is doing is living in your home for the duration of your package   fully devoted to your family, with no other clients, no other commitments, and nowhere else to be.

How a typical 24-hour day is structured:

•  Your specialist is actively on and available for the majority of the 24-hour period.

•  She takes a 5-hour protected rest window each day, timed around your baby's  longest sleep stretch. She rests when baby rests.

•  During her rest window, she remains in your home and can be woken for anything that genuinely cannot wait.

•  Outside of that window, she is fully present, fully available, and fully focused on your family.

Families provide three meals per day for the specialist. This is part of the arrangement for all 24/7 or 24/14 packages and is confirmed in your service agreement before care begins.

What makes this different from a 12-hour shift package: with a standard package there may be a shift change to another type of support. Someone new arrives and learns your baby from the beginning. With 24/7, there is no handoff. One specialist holds all the knowledge, all the context, all the continuity. That is what you are paying for.

✓  You have significant health concerns that require maximum rest and minimum disruption

✓  You want the highest possible level of presence, continuity, and care

What it feels like: There is something profoundly settling about knowing someone is always there. Not because anything is wrong. Because you never have to wonder. You sleep knowing your baby is held. You wake up knowing where things stand. The house does not just function. It breathes.

Need More Than Two Weeks?

Introducing Extended Care.

Some families are not ready to let go after two weeks. Some situations call for more   multiples who need additional weeks of coordinated routine, a parent recovering from a complex delivery, a household adjusting to a high-needs newborn. We built Extended Care for exactly these families.

Extended Care allows you to continue directly with your Parents First Days specialist   the same person who already knows your baby, knows your home, and knows your family   in additional week-long blocks. No intake process to repeat. No new specialist to orient. Just continuous, expert support for as long as you need it, up to 16 weeks postpartum.

This is not a referral. This is not a separate agency. This is your team, extended.

How Extended Care Works:

•  Available in additional week-long blocks after any standard package

•  Continues with your existing specialist when available   same face, same knowledge, same relationship

•  Same 12-hour shift structure   day, overnight, or split by preference

•  Available up to 16 weeks postpartum

•  Pricing upon inquiry   contact us to discuss your situation and build a continuation plan

Extended Care is not for everyone. It is for the families who know   before the package even ends   that they are not ready for it to.
